By accessing or using the Verallax Cloud Security Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
Verallax provides Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) features, including automated scanning, compliance tracking, and AI-driven remediations. We run scans in a strictly read-only fashion using temporary cross-account Role ARNs. You retain complete control over your AWS environments.
You are responsible for ensuring that all integrated AWS roles conform to the principle of least privilege. You must protect your API keys and login credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
Billing and subscription terms are dictated by the Plan limits (Free, Pro, Enterprise). Usage limits include active AWS accounts, project count, monthly scans, and user membership seat count. Upgrades, downgrades, and billing actions are processed via verified Stripe portals.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any breach of security, violation of these terms, or non-payment of service fees.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
